Become a Member

Membership consists of serving and retired members of the Canadian and Commonwealth Forces, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), and retired or serving members of Allied Forces. Membership is also offered to interested and distinguished citizens who have not served in the Armed Forces or did not hold a commission. An individual may be invited by the RLMI executive to become a member because of his/her service to the community.

General Information

  • Annual membership dues are $25.00
  • New member initial dues are $40.00, which includes a RLMI lapel pin, a name tag and dues for one year.
  • Membership in RLMI confers access to other Institutes in Canada and the Commonwealth.
  • Some Institutes operate their own club with dining and/or accommodation facilities.
  • Enquiries about reciprocal privileges should be made to a member of the Executive.
